ASKINA COLLECTION is a brand of leather goods and accessories, all designed and made by Anissa M in Toulouse, France, in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Most of the products are made to order, please expect 3 days to 10 days before shipping.

Leather is a natural material and these items are handmade so some minor imperfection and variation are expected which make them unique. 

Also, the picture light might slightly change the real color of the item.

ASKINA COLLECTION wants to bring Deaf awareness while supporting Deaf/hard of hearing children in developing countries through donation on each sales. 

On each sales, 5% are monthly sent to Deaf Child Worldwide, non-profit organization that supports Deaf children in developping countries.

Store your handbag in the dustbag which in some case has been delivered with your order. If possible stuffed to avoid creased in the leather and clean spot only.

Custom orders are non refundable.

Should you are unsatisfied by your product, please email me all the details within 3 days of product delivery so we can discuss about the modality of return/exchange. If the timeframe expires on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

You will be required to send back the product unworn, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and a refund (product - $10 flat rate) will be made within max 30 days from the day of the right of retract has been exercised or a new product will be shipped within 3 days of order receipt. Please note, return shipping cost will not be refunded.
